Factory Manager

We’re Hiring | Factory ManagerSuLinda is expanding its manufacturing operations and looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead day-to-day factory operations and drive production efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily factory operations and lead production, quality, and operations teams.Develop and monitor production plans with Supply Chain and management.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, waste, and manufacturing costs.Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower for production.Establish and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational controls.Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate equipment maintenance and monitor factory KPIs.Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and other departments.Manage workforce scheduling, performance, training, and discipline.Ensure proper documentation and manufacturing traceability.Support capacity planning and future factory expansion.📍 Location: KSA
