Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all factory operations with a focus on quality and timely delivery.Manage luxury and high-profile projects such as palaces, hotels, and towers.Oversee government project execution with professionalism and attention to detail.Price estimation and cost control, especially for premium materials like brass, leather, and marble.Source raw materials and manage supplier relationships.Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing and professional team.Ensure continuous improvement in production processes and team development.

Requirements
