We specialize in tomato concentration, combining locally sourced raw materials, advanced technology, rigorous quality control, and sustainable manufacturing practices.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead and oversee the factory’s manufacturing and operational activities. The position will ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality operations while driving productivity, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.The role provides leadership across Production, Engineering & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, Quality, Health & Safety, and Continuous Improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute factory operational strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead production planning, scheduling, capacity utilization, yield improvement, and OEE performance.Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, waste reduction, automation, and cost optimization.Oversee procurement planning, raw and packaging material availability, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including IFS Food, HACCP, ISO 22000, and applicable standards.Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, capital projects, and facility improvements.Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture and ensure regulatory compliance.Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor costs, and improve productivity and profitability.Establish operational KPIs and ensure effective performance monitoring and reporting.Lead operational risk management, business continuity, and internal controls.Develop, coach, and motivate operational teams while building a high-performance culture.Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives, capacity expansion, and business growth.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree/MBA is preferred.8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership position.Strong experience in Food Processing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.What We OfferEUR 2,000–2,500 NET salary + company benefits, with the opportunity to lead a modern food manufacturing operation and contribute directly to operational excellence and business growth.
