We're Hiring: Factory Production Manager — Exhibition & Events (Riyadh)We are looking for a hands-on Factory Production Manager to take full ownership of our exhibition and events fabrication floor in Riyadh. This is a role for a proven operator who lives in the factory, drives output, and solves problems before they reach the client.About the RoleYou will run the entire production operation end-to-end — from engineering and shop drawings through joinery, metal, acrylic, printing and finishing, to final QC and dispatch. You'll be the person who keeps the floor moving, the costs controlled, and the deadlines met on high-pressure event and exhibition builds.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full charge of the production floor and technical operations, from engineering hand-off through fabrication, finishing, and dispatch out of the factory.Lead and coordinate all disciplines — joinery, metalwork, acrylic, printing, and technical engineering — ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.Optimise production workflows and factory capacity to increase throughput and reduce cost without compromising quality.Act as the primary troubleshooter on the floor: anticipate bottlenecks, resolve technical and production issues fast, and find practical solutions under tight event timelines.Review and validate engineering and shop drawings for producibility before work starts.Plan and schedule production across concurrent projects, allocating manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently.Enforce quality control, safety, and finishing standards through to final inspection and dispatch.Work closely with project management, procurement, and design teams to keep every build on scope, on budget, and on schedule.RequirementsMinimum 7 years' experience managing exhibition and events fabrication factories, ideally in Riyadh / KSA.Full technical command across joinery, metal, acrylic, printing, and technical engineering.Proven ability to optimise production, reduce cost, and deliver under demanding event deadlines.Strong leadership presence on the floor with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.Solutions-driven mindset — a genuine troubleshooter, not just a coordinator.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Exhibitions, Events & Premium Fit-Out
