Job Title: Faculty & Junior Faculty – Science & Mathematics (Olympiad & Competitive Exams)Location: Across Tamil NaduJob Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking dedicated, passionate educators to join our academic team as Faculty and Junior Faculty. If you have a deep mastery of your subject, a strong track record of mentoring high-achieving students, and experience training for academic Olympiads or competitive entrance exams, we want to hear from you.Open Specialisations: • Physics• Chemistry• Mathematics (Olympiad training experience preferred)• Zoology• Botany• Science (Olympiad training experience preferred)Key Responsibilities:• Curriculum & Pedagogy: Design, deliver and continuously refine engaging lesson plans tailored to both foundational concepts and advanced problem-solving techniques.• Olympiad & Exam Coaching: Mentoring students for national and international Olympiads and competitive entrance exams through specialised advanced problem sets.• Student Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations, analyze performance trends, and provide targeted feedback to foster continuous improvement.• Academic Mentorship: Guide students, resolve complex subject-matter doubts, and create an intellectually stimulating learning environment.• Content Development: Collaborate on developing high-quality study materials, mock tests, and Olympiad-level practice modules.Qualifications & Requirements:• Education: Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, or Science). Advanced degrees (Ph.D.) or top academic credentials are a plus.• Experience:o Faculty: 3 - 5 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated success in coaching students for Olympiads or competitive exams.o Junior Faculty: 0.6 - 2 years of teaching experience with a strong foundational grasp and enthusiasm for pedagogy.• Subject Expertise: Deep conceptual clarity with the ability to break down complex mathematical and scientific theories into simple and understandable concepts.• Communication Skills: Excellent Communication in Tamil and English is a plus.What We Offer• Competitive compensation aligned with experience and track record.• Collaborative and academically rigorous work environment.• Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training.
