Role OverviewAs the Faculty for Content & Storytelling, you will lead one of AMME's core academic disciplines, developing future content strategists and brand storytellers through industry-led, project-based learning. You will shape curriculum, mentor students, and ensure graduates are equipped to succeed in the evolving marketing landscape. Scope of the RoleAs a member of the AMME faculty, you will:Design and deliver immersive learning experiences in content strategy, storytelling, copywriting, brand messaging, and editorial thinking.Guide students in creating impactful content across websites, blogs, landing pages, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Develop and continuously refine curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments, and practical learning experiences that reflect evolving industry standards.Integrate contemporary case studies, frameworks, and real-world business challenges into classroom learning.Mentor students through portfolio development, content critiques, career coaching, and capstone projects.Assess student performance through meaningful feedback that strengthens strategic thinking, creativity, and professional execution.Areas of ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise across the following areas:Content StrategyBrand StorytellingCopywritingBrand MessagingEditorial StrategyContent MarketingSEO Content StrategyEmail MarketingContent Planning & DistributionAudience ResearchWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking accomplished professionals who combine industry excellence with a passion for education.The ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.A minimum of four years of relevant industry experience, with demonstrated success across agencies, brands, startups, consulting, or entrepreneurial ventures.A portfolio that reflects strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable business impact.Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate complex ideas with clarity, precision, and influence.Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and classroom engagement skills, with the ability to create intellectually stimulating and highly interactive learning experiences.A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive within a diverse, multicultural academic community that values different perspectives and backgrounds.A willingness to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala.
