The candidate will be responsible for teaching English language, communication skills, business communication, and allied subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate management students. Candidates with Ph.D. completed or pursuing and NET/SLET qualified will be preferred.Key Responsibilities Academic ResponsibilitiesTeach English, Business Communication, Soft Skills, and related subjects for BBA, MBA, and other business programs.Deliver engaging lectures using innovative teaching methodologies.Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and assessments.Support students in language enhancement, presentation skills, and professional communication.Student DevelopmentMentor students for academic and career growth.Conduct workshops on communication, personality development, and employability skills.Guide students in seminars, presentations, and projects.Research & Scholarly ActivitiesContribute to research publications, conferences, FDPs, and academic initiatives.Participate in curriculum design and quality enhancement activities.Support NAAC/NBA accreditation processes and documentation.Administrative ResponsibilitiesParticipate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional committees.Assist in organizing events, guest lectures, and student engagement activities.Eligibility CriteriaMaster’s Degree in English with minimum required percentage as per UGC norms.NET / SLET qualified mandatory or preferred as per norms.Ph.D. completed or pursuing preferred.Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions preferred.Experience in NAAC accredited institutions will be an added advantage.Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong command over English grammar and business communication.Student-centric teaching approach.Good presentation and interpersonal skills.Research aptitude and academic orientation.Skills: higher education,communication skills,communication,english,student development,teaching
