The team’s mission is to prepare students not only for exams, but for success in the wider world.Role Description The Faculty Member will provide high-quality, in-person tutoring and academic guidance to school-age and pre-university students at Aurethia’s Jaipur location. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with CBSE, IB, IGCSE, and/or Cambridge A/AS Level syllabi, assessing student progress, and offering targeted feedback to support improvement. The Faculty Member will design individualized learning plans, clarify concepts, assign and review homework, and prepare students for tests and examinations. The role includes maintaining accurate academic records, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and collaborating with colleagues and counsellors to support students’ broader educational and university admission goals. The Faculty Member is also expected to participate in internal training, curriculum refinement, and occasional workshops or information sessions for students and families.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in one or more school curricula (CBSE, IB, IGCSE, Cambridge A/AS Level) and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners.Demonstrated skills in lesson planning, classroom or small-group instruction, and formative assessment to track and support student progress.Ability to provide individualized academic support, including mentoring, study skills coaching, and exam preparation strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students of different ages, as well as collaborating with families and colleagues.Comfort with educational technology and online tools for lesson preparation, student tracking, and resource sharing.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline; formal teacher training or tutoring experience is highly desirable.Experience teaching or tutoring students for competitive exams or international curricula is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching practices and ongoing professional development.
