The faculty member is responsible for teaching and mentoring students preparing for NEET, JEE, board exams, and other competitive examinations, using structured lesson plans and standardized teaching methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering classroom lectures, clarifying concepts, conducting doubt-solving sessions, assigning and evaluating tests and assignments, and tracking student performance to provide timely feedback and support. The role also involves contributing to academic content development, such as question banks and study material, participating in faculty training programs, and collaborating with academic and centre teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Faculty members are expected to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and uphold Aakash’s student-centric values.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics (preferably for NEET/JEE level) and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.Demonstrated teaching and classroom management skills, including lesson planning, learner engagement, and effective doubt resolution.Ability to use educational technology and digital tools for teaching, assessments, and student communication; comfort with hybrid and digitally enabled learning solutions.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners.Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science, B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering, or equivalent); prior experience in test-prep coaching is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-informed approach to tracking student progress and improving academic outcomes.Commitment to a student-centric approach, professional integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively
