The faculty member will deliver classroom and lab sessions in animation, multimedia, and related subjects, following the institute’s curriculum and industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrating software tools and production pipelines, guiding students through projects and portfolios, and assessing performance through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves mentoring students on career readiness, collaborating with colleagues to improve course content, participating in workshops or events, and maintaining a professional learning environment aligned with Arena’s teaching methodology.Qualifications Strong expertise in animation, VFX, graphic design, web design, gaming, or multimedia production, with hands-on proficiency in industry-standard software tools.Demonstrated ability to teach or train, including lesson planning, classroom management, and guiding project-based learning.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of learners and provide constructive feedback.Ability to work collaboratively in academic teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving curriculum and industry trends.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline; prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.Strong portfolio showcasing relevant professional or academic work; industry experience in studios, media houses, or production environments is highly desirable.Commitment to student success, continuous self-learning, and maintaining high standards of professional ethics and inclusivity in the classroom.
