The ideal candidates will drive technical innovation, support rigorous academic standards, and contribute to an expanding research footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver specialized lectures and oversee practical laboratory sessions within your engineering discipline (Medium of Instruction: English).Actively support and maintain ABET and NCAAA accreditation standards through meticulous curriculum mapping and assessment.Lead applied engineering research initiatives and publish in high-impact, peer-reviewed technical journals.Supervise senior design capstone projects and provide comprehensive student mentorship.Foster relationships with the industrial sector to secure research grants and practical opportunities for students.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Must hold a PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.University Ranking Criteria: To align with institutional excellence standards, applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).Experience: Demonstrated ability in technical teaching and a strong portfolio of academic research.Language: Professional fluency in English.
