We focus on conceptual clarity, exam performance, disciplined preparation and long-term mentorship, with the larger objective of helping aspirants progress towards final merit, not merely clearing an examination.As we expand our Written Examination vertical, we are looking for passionate and competent faculty members who can become an integral part of this journey.Role DescriptionWe are hiring Faculty for NDA, CDS & AFCAT Written Examination Preparation across the following subjects:Mathematics | Physics | Chemistry | Biology | English | History | Geography | Polity | Economics | General Knowledge | Current Affairs | ReasoningThe faculty member will be responsible for:* Conducting engaging and concept-driven classes for NDA, CDS and AFCAT aspirants.* Planning and completing the syllabus in accordance with examination timelines.* Teaching both fundamental concepts and exam-specific applications.* Integrating PYQs, practice questions, shortcuts and examination strategies into classroom teaching.* Preparing assignments, sectional tests and mock examinations.* Analysing student performance and identifying individual areas of improvement.* Conducting doubt-clearing and revision sessions.* Coordinating with the academic team for curriculum planning and student progress.* Mentoring students and maintaining the discipline and academic standards expected at Invincio.Mode: Online / OfflineLocation for Offline Faculty: DelhiEngagement: Full-time / Part-time / Visiting Faculty, depending upon subject and availability.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject or related discipline.* Strong conceptual command over the subject.* Prior experience teaching NDA, CDS, AFCAT, UPSC or other competitive examinations is preferred.* Good understanding of examination patterns, PYQs and evolving question trends.* Strong communication and classroom-management skills.* Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning application-oriented.* Comfortable working with tests, assessments and performance analysis.* Candidates with a demonstrated record of producing competitive-exam results will be preferred.* Most importantly, we are looking for teachers who want to mentor and build students—not simply finish a syllabus.If you believe education is about developing capability, confidence and character alongside academic competence, we would like to hear from you.Apply by sharing your CV along with the subject you teach, experience, current location and online/offline availability.#Invincio #FacultyHiring #NDA #CDS #AFCAT #DefenceExams #TeachingJobs #CompetitiveExams #EducationJobs #DefenceAspirants #EveryoneIsASoldier #L2L2L
