The faculty member will design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and case-based learning sessions for postgraduate management students, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and accreditation standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing academic advising and mentoring. The role involves conducting and guiding research projects, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in departmental activities, seminars, and industry outreach. The faculty member is expected to participate in academic committees, support student development initiatives, and stay updated on emerging trends in finance and supply chain management.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methods to finance and operations problems.Candidates should possess Research skills, including the ability to conduct academic and applied research, publish in relevant journals, and guide student projects.Candidates should possess Teaching skills, with experience in classroom instruction, curriculum delivery, student assessment, and use of modern pedagogical tools.Candidates should possess Strategy skills, including the ability to integrate strategic perspectives into finance and supply chain management courses.Postgraduate degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field); PhD or enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred.Relevant academic or industry experience in Finance and/or Operations & Supply Chain Management.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.Proficiency with educational technologies, data analysis tools, and basic management software.Commitment to ethical practices, continuous learning, and collaborative work within an academic environment.
