The University seeks committed academics to teach across its undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, contribute to legal research and scholarship, and mentor students toward professional and ethical legal careers.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach core and elective law subjects across integrated (BA/BBA LLB) and LLM programs in accordance with the prescribed BCI curriculum.Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, moot court exercises, and clinical legal education sessions.Design curriculum, course plans, assessments, and learning outcomes aligned with UGC and BCI standards.Guide and supervise student research, dissertations, moots, seminars, and clinical work.Engage in legal research and publish in reputed, peer-reviewed law journals.Participate in internships, legal aid clinics, and community outreach/pro bono initiatives.Contribute to academic administration, curriculum review, accreditation, and quality assurance.Mentor students in academics, ethics, professional conduct, and career planning.Support placements, judicial services coaching, and industry/practitioner engagement.Qualifications & Eligibility (as per UGC & BCI norms)Ph.D. in Law, with a Master's degree in Law (55% marks or equivalent).A good record of research publications, as per UGC API/academic score requirements.Skills & AttributesSound knowledge of substantive and procedural law with strong subject expertise (e.g., Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, IPR, International Law, etc.).Excellent teaching, communication, and analytical skills.Commitment to clinical, experiential, and outcome-based legal education.Passion for research, moot court training, and student mentorship.Familiarity with modern legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw) and digital teaching tools.High standards of professional ethics and integrity.What We OfferA progressive, industry-integrated academic environment.Opportunity to build and shape a modern, practice-oriented law school.Competitive compensation aligned with UGC pay scales, qualifications, and experience.Support for research, professional development, and academic advancement.ATLAS SkillTech University is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable UGC and BCI regulations.
