The trainer will be responsible for classroom delivery, academic mentoring, learner engagement, doubt resolution and supporting learners in successfully clearing their US CMA examinations.Position            : Faculty/ Senior FacultyDepartment      : Global CertificationsBase Location    : Noida, Chennai, MumbaiReporting to     : Business HeadNature              : Full-Time EmploymentThere are total 6 positions, across the cities mentioned.JOB DESCRIPTION·      Training delivery planning, building course maps, class planning, mock planning, content design ideas, delivering online and offline classes.·      Deliver engaging and concept-driven US CMA classroom sessions across assigned subjects and papers, approximately 120 hrs of training sessions per month.·      Conduct lectures in accordance with the prescribed US CMA syllabus, learning objectives and examination requirements.·      Focus on developing both conceptual understanding and examination-solving skills among learners.·      Provide extensive practice on US CMA-style questions, case studies, numerical problems and scenario-based questions.·      Guide students on exam strategy, question interpretation, time management and answer-writing techniques.·      Conduct revision sessions, mock tests, exam-preparation sessions and doubt-clearing classes·    Driving & guiding US CMA learners on the processes of learners registrations for US CMA furthering them to register for exams, increasing the count of exam takers, chasing pass rates as ultimate outcome·       Participate in faculty meetings, academic reviews, training sessions and quality audits.·      Contribute to improving student engagement, learning outcomes, examination success rates and overall learner experience.KEY SUCCESS METRICSStudent feedback, ratings and classroom engagement.Learner attendance and participation.Student performance in tests and mock examinations.US CMA examination pass rates and learner progression.Quality and consistency of academic delivery.Timely completion of syllabus and revision plans.Quality of doubt resolution and academic mentoring.Contribution to continuous improvement of the US CMA learning experience.WHO CAN APPLYOpen for both male & female candidates. This is a work from office & full-time role based at the locations stated above.The candidate needs to be US CMA or CMA India or CA by qualification.The candidate shud ideally have 3-5+ yrs of experience; higher experience would be preferred. Preference will be given to those who have prior experience of teaching US CMA or CMA India or other accounting & finance courses at any level.Compensation: Would depend on your current compensation, skill sets & experience.
