Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering course content, leading virtual lectures and seminars, facilitating discussion forums, and providing timely, constructive feedback on assignments and research work.The role involves supervising dissertations and applied research projects, guiding candidates in methodology, academic writing, and ethical research practices. The Faculty member will participate in curriculum development, contribute to program improvement, and collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and quality assurance. This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent online presence, student support, and adherence to institutional policies and accreditation standards.Qualifications Advanced academic expertise in Criminal Justice or closely related fields, with demonstrated ability to teach and supervise PhD-level research.Advanced academic expertise in Healthcare Management, Health Administration, or related disciplines, with experience mentoring DBA or postgraduate learners.Strong skills in online teaching, curriculum design, and use of learning management systems and digital educational tools.Proficiency in academic research, quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies, scholarly writing, and supervision of dissertations or applied projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse, international adult learners in remote settings.Commitment to ethical practice, academic integrity, inclusive pedagogy, and culturally responsive teaching.Doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or equivalent) in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Previous higher education teaching experience, preferably at the postgraduate or doctoral level, and a record of publications or professional contributions.Ability to work independently, manage multiple courses or cohorts, and collaborate effectively with global academic partners.
