Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionTechnical Support: Take overall responsibility for energy‑storage technology and conduct technical alignment with the R&D team. Be familiar with the commissioning, grid‑connection, performance testing and troubleshooting of products including battery cabinets, PCS, BMS and EMS. Provide on‑site technical support for energy‑storage projects, resolve complex on‑site issues via remote phone support, escalate on‑site problems to internal R&D and quality departments, coordinate and drive cross‑functional problem‑solving, and travel to sites when necessary to resolve difficult issues.Market Awareness: Understand the power system regulations of key countries in the Middle East and Central Asia, identify customer requirements for products, systems and applications, and provide necessary support for product and system optimization and upgrade. Be capable of leading on‑site commissioning and joint debugging of electrical systems during the grid‑connection phase, and organize and carry out grid‑connection‑related functional and performance tests.After‑sales Operation & Maintenance: Guide on‑site equipment troubleshooting and maintenance according to fault severity. Deliver technical support to customers, local service providers and in‑house service personnel to guarantee normal equipment operation and uptime. Cooperate with sales and technical teams to provide after‑sales technical support and improve customer satisfaction.Knowledge Base Management: Compile multi‑language documents covering equipment installation, commissioning, grid‑connection schemes and other materials. Organize the drafting and updating of SOP documents for equipment installation, commissioning, grid‑connection, operation & maintenance, equipment fault handling and other workflows.Resource Coordination: Train and instruct partner service providers, collaborate with them to achieve high‑quality service response, and deliver service‑provider standards with technical specifications.Job RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation or related disciplines. Candidates with low‑voltage and high‑voltage special operation certificates are preferred.Work Experience: Familiar with BMS system architecture and protection & control logic, as well as underlying hardware‑platform architecture and working principles. Understand the composition and operating principles of energy‑storage systems, battery state‑of‑charge, state‑of‑safety, and the 3S networking and control logic of energy‑storage systems. Master commissioning skills for PCS, BMS and other equipment, and be able to complete on‑site commissioning independently. Have 3‑5 years or above of experience in commissioning, grid‑connection or performance testing for large‑scale photovoltaic, energy‑storage or other new‑energy projects. Be familiar with power‑station‑level grid‑connection procedures as well as processes and test details of grid‑related tests.Language & Competencies: Fluent in English with barrier‑free business and technical communication skills; proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills for efficient cross‑party resource alignment. Strong troubleshooting capabilities. Capable of independently preparing grid‑connection commissioning records, test reports and problem‑rectification documents.Work Attitude: Self‑motivated, clear‑minded, strong logical thinking, quick‑learner and team‑player.Travel / Overseas Assignment: Honest, energetic; willing to travel or be stationed overseas in Dubai / Turkey / Uzbekistan
