Team members join a mission-driven organization dedicated to strengthening families and improving outcomes for young people.Role Description CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Counselor/Case Manager to join our Family Action Program in Gainesville, FL (serving Alachua, Gilchrist & Levy counties). The Family Action Counselor/Case Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Gainesville, FL. This position provides counseling, case management, and support services to at-risk youth and their families. The successful candidate will build collaborative relationships with community partners and help connect families with resources that promote stability and positive outcomes. Counseling experience required.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or another behavioral science field preferred.Experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, and families, including family interventions and parent education.Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team.Knowledge of family systems, case management practices, and adolescent development.Experience with crisis intervention and stabilization.Previous experience working with adolescents and at-risk families.Ability to establish effective working relationships with community organizations and service providers.Travel within the service area may be required based on client and program needs.Salary and Benefits$21/hrHealth insurance with employer contribution Mileage reinbursement Paid time off Dental insurance Flexible scheduling Life insurance 403-b Professional development assistance Clinical supervision opportunities, when applicable
