By combining conventional medicine with advanced wellness therapies and traditional osteopathic principles, we aim to optimise our patients' long-term health, vitality, and performance.We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Family Medicine Doctor who shares our vision of proactive, integrative healthcare.Key Responsibilities:As a Family Medicine Doctor, you will provide comprehensive primary care with a strong focus on preventive medicine, longevity, and advanced wellness therapies. Your duties will include:Comprehensive Primary Care: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based management of acute and chronic diseases for individuals and families.Executive Health Screenings: Design and conduct premium health assessments, incorporating advanced body composition analysis using the InBody Machine to track cellular health, muscle-fat balance, and visceral risk.Intravenous (IV) Therapy: Prescribe, customise, and oversee intravenous micronutrient, vitamin, and antioxidant therapies tailored to patient longevity and recovery goals.Peptide Therapy: Safely evaluate, prescribe, and monitor evidence-based peptide protocols aimed at cellular repair, immune support, metabolic optimisation, and anti-ageing.Integrative & Preventive Medicine: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (including osteopaths and therapists) to create personalised, root-cause treatment plans that emphasise lifestyle, nutrition, and metabolic health.Requirements & Qualifications:·     Licensure: Must hold a current, valid HAAD / DOH license as a Consultant or Specialist in Family Medicine (or be fully eligible for immediate transfer/activation).·     Experience: Proven experience or strong clinical interest in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, Longevity, or Wellness Therapies (IV therapy and Peptide protocols).·     Skills: Proficient in interpreting advanced health screenings, metabolic markers, and body composition data (InBody).·     Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a patient-first approach to holistic well-being.·     Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.What We Offer:A highly supportive, innovative, and collaborative multidisciplinary work environment.State-of-the-art facilities and advanced wellness modalities.Competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to be at the forefront of integrative and longevity medicine in the UAE.How to Apply:If you are ready to redefine healthcare and want to be part of a dynamic, growing team, please send your CV and Cover Letter to receptionmanager@perfectbalance.ae
