In partnership with prescribers, the company actively contributes to transforming healthcare systems by integrating the home environment as a key part of the care pathway.Role Description The Family Medicine Registrar will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, focusing on the management of chronic conditions and preventive care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. The registrar will develop care plans, prescribe treatments, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure continuity of care within the home healthcare context. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, and supporting patient education and counseling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.Qualifications Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) and recognized training in Family Medicine or General Practice.Valid license or eligibility to practice medicine in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia, including completion of required residency or registrar-level training.Demonstrated skills in chronic disease management, preventive care, and comprehensive family-oriented medical practice.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with attention to patient safety and evidence-based practice.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Ability to work in an on-site clinical environment, manage a varied caseload, and adapt to home healthcare pathways.Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic health record systems; familiarity with home healthcare protocols is an advantage.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
