Position OverviewThe Family Medicine Specialist will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of acute and chronic medical conditions. The role requires delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care while promoting overall health and wellness within a multidisciplinary medical centre.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care consultations for patients of all age groupsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practicesConduct routine health screenings, preventive care, and wellness assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists when requiredEducate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and long-term health managementMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with quality and patient safety standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of careParticipate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical educationQualifications & ExperienceDoctorate / Master's in Family Medicine or an equivalent recognised qualificationExperience in providing comprehensive primary healthcare servicesDHA/DOH/MOH/SHA License / DOH EligibilityBenefitsSalary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per monthOther attractive benefits
