Family Medicine Specialist

We are hiring Family Medicine Specialist at Nova Medical Center in Al Ain.The Family Medicine will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute conditions for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves coordinating care with other medical and dental specialists, ensuring continuity of care, and participating in patient education on health promotion and disease prevention. The Family Physician will also contribute to clinical documentation, quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to clinical and safety protocols in a multidisciplinary environment.QualificationsStrong foundation in Primary Care and Family Medicine, with the ability to manage a wide range of conditions across the lifespan.Clinical expertise in general Medicine and Urgent Care for common acute and chronic presentations.Experience or interest in Community Health, including preventive services and patient education initiatives.Relevant medical degree and current professional licensure eligible for practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and to maintain clear, accurate medical records.Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic.Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.3-5 years experience working in Abu Dhabi / Al Ain.
