Our practice emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, same-day acute care, and continuity of care.Our physicians enjoy practicing medicine in an environment that prioritizes quality, patient satisfaction, and teamwork over volume-driven metrics.RequirementsThe Family Medicine Physician will:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.Perform annual wellness visits and preventive health screenings.Manage chronic diseases through evidence-based care.Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive health.Perform minor office-based procedures appropriate to family medicine.Interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources.Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, clinical staff, and administrative team members.Foster an exceptional patient experience built on trust, compassion, and communication.What We're Looking ForThe ideal physician is someone who:Truly enjoys caring for patients and families.Values long-term patient relationships.Works well within a collaborative team.Demonstrates humility, professionalism, and integrity.Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues.Embraces continuous learning and quality improvement.Thrives in an independent practice environment.Takes ownership while supporting teammates.Required:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible (board certification expected within the applicable certification window)Active or eligible Texas medical licenseDEA registration (or ability to obtain)Current BLS certificationAbility to obtain hospital privileges if requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred:Experience practicing outpatient Family MedicineExperience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is welcomed but not requiredScheduleFull-timeMonday through Friday (occasional Saturday – 8:30am to 12:30pm)Outpatient onlyNo routine inpatient responsibilitiesParticipation in the Practice's call scheduleCompensation & BenefitsWe recognize that exceptional physicians deserve exceptional support.Compensation package may include:Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, qualifications, productivity, and applicable compensation plans.
