The Family Physician will provide clinical expertise to support healthcare research projects, reviewing and validating medical content, care pathways, and treatment protocols. The role involves offering insights on primary care, family medicine, and community health trends, as well as contributing to the development of evidence-based recommendations for clients. The Family Physician will collaborate with research analysts and cross-functional teams to interpret clinical data, participate in medical advisory discussions, and ensure that research outputs align with current clinical guidelines and standards of care. The role may also include occasional participation in virtual client meetings, panel discussions, and internal training sessions as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Primary Care and Family Medicine, with experience managing diverse patient populations across the lifespan.Candidates should possess clinical expertise in Medicine and Urgent Care, including diagnosis, acute care management, and evidence-based treatment planning.Candidates should possess experience in Community Health, including familiarity with public health principles, population health management, and preventive care initiatives.Active medical license (or equivalent) as a Family Physician or General Practitioner, with board certification or eligibility preferred.Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical practice experience, ideally with exposure to multiple care settings (outpatient, urgent care, community health).Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret clinical research, guidelines, and real-world evidence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.Interest in healthcare research, health technology, or AI/ML applications in healthcare is an advantage.
