Position - Fan Operations CoordinatorDuration - 3 monthsLocation - Riyadh/Jeddah/Khobar, Saudi ArabiaAn exciting opportunity to support the delivery of Fan Operations for a high-profile, major international sporting event in Saudi Arabia.Key responsibilities:• Support fan and spectator operations across tournament venues• Coordinate fan entry, wayfinding, crowd flow and spectator movement• Support fan zones, fan activities and information points• Coordinate with venue, security, transport, accreditation and other operational teams• Support volunteers, stewards and fan-facing staff during matchdays• Conduct venue checks and provide on-ground operational support• Track and resolve operational issues throughout the eventRequired Qualifications• Experience in event, venue, stadium, fan or spectator operations• Experience with major sporting events, football tournaments, festivals or large-scale events• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground event environmentInterested?
