Farm Manager (Citrus)📍 Gamtoos Valley, Eastern CapeWe’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager to join a leading citrus farming business in the beautiful Gamtoos Valley, Eastern Cape.

Requirements

Agricultural qualification or relevant certification will be advantageous.Minimum 5 years’ experience within citrus, fruit, or vegetable farming.Proven experience managing large and diverse teams.Strong leadership and conflict management skills.Ability to work effectively across different cultures and personalities.Resilient, emotionally mature, and able to perform under pressure.Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of farm operations, workforce productivity, orchard performance, and compliance standards.Lead and manage a workforce of 200+ employees.Monitor workforce productivity and implement effective labour strategies.Manage pest and disease control programs.Supervise irrigation systems and water management practices.Oversee tree pruning and orchard maintenance.Establish and develop new orchards.📩 Apply directly via LinkedIn or send your CV to melissa@cannection.com
