The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across offshore operations, production, maintenance, research & development, and environmental monitoring, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and financial objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Farm Operations & PerformanceOversee all farm operations, including offshore activities, production, maintenance, R&D and environmental monitoring.Drive operational efficiency and ensure achievement of production targets and departmental KPIs.Monitor overall farm performance and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps.Strengthen cross-functional coordination and ensure alignment with business objectives.2. Planning, Budgeting & Cost OptimizationLead the preparation and implementation of farm operational budgets, including CapEx and OpEx.Monitor production performance against budgeted targets and identify variances.Identify opportunities for cost optimization, resource utilization and productivity improvements.Align operational plans with sales requirements and financial objectives.3. Strategic Development & Continuous ImprovementIdentify operational risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational flexibility, productivity and sustainability.4. Leadership & People ManagementLead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams.Establish performance expectations, monitor KPIs and drive accountability.Develop succession plans and strengthen internal capabilities.Promote employee engagement, retention and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.5. R&D, Environmental Management & SustainabilityOversee research and development initiatives focused on improving oyster survival rates and reducing operational costs.Leverage environmental monitoring data to support operational decisions and risk management.Drive sustainable farming practices and initiatives to minimize environmental impact.6.
