Fashion Consultant - 3 Months Contract

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and demonstrate products to customers.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.Explain product features, benefits, pricing and ongoing promotions.Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability.Build positive relationships with customers and retail/store teams.Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotions.Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.Support promotional campaigns and in-store activities.RequirementsPrevious experience in retail sales, sales promotion or customer service preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Target-driven with good selling and negotiation skills.Presentable, confident and customer-focused.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Willingness to work in retail shifts, including weekends where required.Immediate availability preferred.
