As a growing fashion brand, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented intern to support our Design, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams.The RoleThis internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience inside a growing fashion brand. The Fashion Design & Marketing Intern will work across product development, sample management, photoshoot preparation, ecommerce, and marketing operations. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of the business and is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in fashion.

Location: New York CityType: Internship (Part-Time or Full-Time)Start Date: ImmediateResponsibilitiesDesign & Product Development SupportSteam and prepare samples for photoshoots, market appointments, and design presentations.Track and process incoming and outgoing reference samples, maintaining accurate records and sample logs.Measure and spec TOP (Top of Production) samples, flagging any out-of-tolerance issues for review.Pull color, fabric, and handfeel references for the design team.File and organize color approvals, handfeel approvals, fabric headers, and related development materials.Mark pricing information on fabric headers as received from mills and vendors.Organize and maintain design reference samples, fit samples, and development materials.File and organize Pantone chips and seasonal color references.Assist with the setup and breakdown of design boards, including printing, cutting, pinning, and organizing materials.Marketing & EC OperationsOrganize and maintain sample inventory for photoshoots, PR, marketing, and production needs.Coordinate sample requests and shipments with the brand’s PR agency.Assist with sample tracking and organization across departments.Arrange messenger services and deliveries to vendors, agencies, and partners throughout New York City.Retrieve and deliver samples, trims, and materials from local factories and vendors as needed.Support ecommerce content management and organization within Shopify.Assist with organizing product imagery, marketing assets, and content across shared drives and internal servers.Help maintain accurate digital records and file structures for cross-functional teams.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Interest in fashion, product development, and brand marketing.Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Shopify is a plus.Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.What We’re Looking ForA highly organized self-starter who enjoys both creative and operational work.Someone who is passionate about fashion and eager to learn how a growing brand operates.A detail-oriented problem solver who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed.This is an opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience across design, marketing, ecommerce, and product development while working closely with a small, collaborative team.
