Fashion Designer/Clothing Detail Analysis Team Leader

Position OverviewResponsible for developing fashion designs and leading clothing detail analysis to ensure product quality, design accuracy, and consistency with brand standards. Oversee garment specifications, material selection, design evaluation, and team coordination to support efficient product development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop fashion concepts, sketches, and clothing designs based on market trends and brand requirements.Analyze garment details, fabrics, stitching, patterns, sizing, and construction quality.Lead the team in reviewing clothing samples and identifying design or production issues.Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.Monitor fashion trends and recommend improvements to product design and quality.Prepare technical specifications, design documentation, and garment evaluation reports.Manage team performance and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.Relevant experience in fashion design, garment inspection, or clothing product development.Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, patterns, and apparel quality standards.Proficiency in fashion design software and technical drawing tools is an advantage.Strong analytical, creative, communication, and leadership skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
