Our work spans concept development, trend research, materials, and product direction, with an emphasis on creating distinctive fashion ideas for evolving international markets.The RoleWe are seeking a Fashion Designer to contribute to the development of original apparel and fashion concepts from initial research through design presentation and refinement. The role combines creativity with practical understanding of materials, silhouettes, trends, and customer preferences. You will collaborate with product, sourcing, marketing, and other creative professionals in a flexible remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop original fashion concepts aligned with brand direction and target audiences.Research seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and emerging market influences.Create sketches, mood boards, design concepts, and visual presentations.Develop and refine apparel designs based on commercial and creative objectives.Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, finishes, and other design details.Coordinate with product development, sourcing, production, and marketing teams.Review samples and provide design feedback to improve fit, appearance, and overall quality.Maintain organized design specifications, references, and collection documentation.Monitor competitor activity and market developments for relevant design opportunities.Contribute creative ideas to collection planning, brand development, and future product direction.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional fashion design experience is preferred.Strong understanding of fashion design principles, garment construction, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.Knowledge of fashion trends, consumer preferences, and commercial product development.Familiarity with technical drawings, design specifications, sampling, and production processes.Proficiency with commonly used fashion design and illustration software.Strong creative thinking with excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.Ability to translate concepts and market insights into commercially relevant designs.Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative and production teams.Ability to manage multiple design projects, revisions, and deadlines independently.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with creative experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to contribute to international fashion concepts and collections.Exposure to emerging trends, materials, and evolving consumer preferences.Creative development through collaboration with product, marketing, and commercial teams.A dynamic environment that encourages originality, experimentation, and thoughtful design.
