We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and help bring our collections to life.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Development: Create mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts aligned with Kalisha's brand identity each season.Design Execution: Develop original designs from sketch to technical drawing (flat sketch) with detailed specifications.Material Sourcing: Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials that align with design vision, quality standards, and budget.Production Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate pattern making, sampling, fitting, and grading.Trend Research: Stay updated on local and global fashion trends, competitor movements, and consumer preferences to keep collections relevant and competitive.Quality Control: Oversee sample development and provide clear feedback for revisions to ensure final products meet design specifications and quality standards.Photoshoot Support: Collaborate with the creative team for lookbook and campaign styling, ensuring the visual presentation reflects the collection's essence.QualificationsBachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Fashion Design or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in ready-to-wear or women's fashion.Strong portfolio showcasing original designs, technical drawings, and completed collections.Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and optionally CLO 3D or Procreate.Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fabrics, and production processes.Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.Up-to-date with fashion trends, both local and international.Willing to work WFO based in Tasikmalaya, West Java.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCreative and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow with a developing local brandOther benefits: BPJS, bonus, Mess, etc
