Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new designs, collections, and seasonal concepts.* Create mood boards, colour stories, sketches, and CADs.* Select fabrics, trims, colours, and silhouettes as per the collection direction.* Coordinate with pattern masters and the sampling team for new developments.* Review samples and provide corrections related to fit, construction, finishing, and detailing.* Research current fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.* Maintain design sheets, sample records, and development timelines.* Take complete ownership of assigned work and ensure timely execution.What We’re Looking For:✔️ Strong creative sense and fashion understanding✔️ Good technical knowledge of garment construction✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills✔️ Excellent work ethics and sense of responsibility✔️ Strong ownership and ability to work independently
