Fashion Designer

To design and develop innovative, trend-driven, and commercially viable women’s innerwear collections that align with the company’s brand identity, quality standards, and market demands, while coordinating with sampling, merchandising, and production teams.Roles & Responsibilities:1.Develop sketches (manual and CAD) and detailed tech packs for innerwear products.2.Ensure designs balance innovation, aesthetics, comfort, and cost-effectiveness.3.Experiment with new fabrics, lace, elastics, and trims suitable for intimate apparel.4.Work closely with the sampling team to develop prototypes and fit samples.5.Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern/design adjustments.6.Collaborate with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure timely product development.7.Support senior NPD designers in day to day activities.8.Maintain design records, style sheets, and sampling approvals.9.Track design-to-production timelines and report deviations.10.Conduct fit check and analyse the pattern for correction and further developments.11.Should have minimum experience of 1-3 years12.Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Fashion designing or related field.
