Fashion Designer – Junior & Senior

We are looking for creative and trend-focused Fashion Designers at Junior and Senior levels to join our design team.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate 3-month seasonal mood boards based on fashion trends, colours, fabrics, silhouettes and market direction.Develop 5 design concepts with complete tech packs daily for review and approval by the Design Director.Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.Submit approved designs and tech packs to the Merchandising and Buying teams for further development.Coordinate with Merchandising, Buying and Production teams to ensure smooth product development.Stay updated with current fashion trends, market trends and competitor collections.Ensure designs are delivered within agreed timelines and meet the brand’s creative and commercial requirements.RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction and tech packs.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW or relevant design software.Strong creative skills with good attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.For Senior Designers: Experience in collection development, design direction and mentoring junior designers will be an advantage.You can share your resume on manish@manaca.in.Thank You!#FashionDesigner #FashionJobs #Hiring #FashionIndustry #ApparelDesign #FashionCareers #FashionHiring #JuniorFashionDesigner #SeniorFashionDesigner #DesignJobs
