The Surat Localite candidate prefersSalary: 20-30kRole Description: The Fashion Merchandiser role at Leemboodi is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role involves planning and selecting product ranges, analyzing sales and inventory data, and ensuring that collections align with brand positioning and market demand. The Fashion Merchandiser will collaborate closely with design, production, marketing, and retail teams to optimize assortments, pricing, and in-store presentation. Daily responsibilities include monitoring trends, reviewing customer feedback, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting promotional activities to drive sell-through and maintain strong customer engagement.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across design, production, and retail teams.Customer Service and Retail experience to understand shopper behavior and enhance in-store experiences.Sales and Marketing skills to support merchandising strategies, promotions, and category growth.Ability to analyze fashion trends, sales data, and inventory reports to make data-informed merchandising decisions.Attention to detail in product selection, pricing, and visual presentation, with a strong sense of style and market awareness.Experience in fashion retail or apparel merchandising; exposure to multi-brand environments is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.Comfort working on-site in Surat and collaborating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
