The trainer will design and deliver FE Civil exam preparation courses, including developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and practice assessments aligned with exam content. Day-to-day tasks include teaching classroom sessions, providing individual guidance to learners, monitoring progress, and adjusting instruction based on performance and feedback. The role includes collaborating with academic teams to maintain up-to-date content, integrating digital learning tools, and supporting continuous improvement of training programs. The trainer will also contribute to learner engagement, maintain clear and professional communication, and ensure a high-quality learning experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong lesson planning and education skills, with experience designing structured, exam-focused curricula.Candidates should possess effective teaching and training skills, including the ability to deliver clear explanations and support diverse learning styles.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage learners and collaborate with academic and operational teams.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field; FE Civil certification or equivalent exam experience is highly preferred.Prior experience training or teaching FE Civil or engineering-related subjects in classroom or blended learning environments.Ability to use digital learning platforms and tools to support interactive and remote-ready course delivery.Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules and course documentation, and a learner-centered approach.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
