Feasibility Report Consultant

We are looking for a Feasibility Report Consultant with good knowledge of DCPR 2034, especially Regulation 33.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Feasibility Reports / Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies (TEFS).Analyze FSI, permissible development potential, rehabilitation and incentive FSI under DCPR 2034.Assess applicability of Regulation 33 and relevant sub-regulations.Prepare area statements, FSI calculations and development options.Conduct preliminary project cost and financial viability analysis.Review DP remarks, CTS plans, property details and existing development.Coordinate with architects, surveyors and other consultants.Prepare professional feasibility reports and presentations for clients.Key DeliverableThe candidate should be capable of independently preparing a complete DCPR 2034-based redevelopment feasibility report.Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork Location: In person
