Operating in international markets, the company supplies essential products to a diverse customer base and is focused on building an agile, high-performing supply chain to support continued growth.This is a commercially focused feedstock procurement role responsible for sourcing and optimising feedstocks for a European manufacturing network. Responsibilities Negotiate and manage feedstock supply agreements. Develop and maintain supplier relationships across key markets. Monitor pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics, and commodity markets. Optimise sourcing decisions, inventory levels, and supply continuity. Support forecasting, market analysis, and commercial decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs. Collaborate closely with operations, planning, logistics, finance, and commercial teams. Contribute to feedstock strategy and market optimisation initiatives.Requirements Experience within petrochemicals, refining, energy, commodities, or related sectors. Background in Naphtha & LPG feedstock procurement, trading, commercial supply, or market analysis. Strong understanding of commodity markets and pricing dynamics. Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Analytical approach with the ability to interpret market trends and data. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
