Role Summary

Integration ArchitectDescription Integration Architecture & DesignDesign and implement integration strategies ensuring efficient data flow between ServiceNow and external systems. Lead architecture discussions across technology stacks, cloud environments, and continuous deployment pipelines. Develop integration design artifacts, architecture documents, and standards to ensure consistency across implementations. Ensure ServiceNow integrations align with enterprise IT strategy, security policies, and compliance requirements.Hands‑On Integration DevelopmentDesign and implement integrations using technologies such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, SCP, FTPS, etc. Build integrations with platforms like Active Directory, HR systems (e.g., Workday), CRM tools (e.g., Jira), and other enterprise applications. Work with CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, and automation workflows to support ITOM and ITSM functions.Platform ExpertiseServe as a subject matter expert across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Orchestration), ITBM, GRC, Security Operations (SIR, VRM), Service Portal, Mobile. Guide optimization of ServiceNow data models and enforce coding standards across development teams.Required Skills & Technical ExpertiseStrong proficiency in integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, SAML/SSO, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC). Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow scripting (XML, JavaScript, Angular)] Deep understanding of network topology, application architecture, and database architecture.Certifications CSA (ServiceNow Administrator) CIS (Implementation Specialist) ITIL FoundationAbility to lead integration architecture for large-scale enterprise environments.
