Piano Instructor — Music House KSAAbout the Role Music House KSA is looking for a passionate and experienced Piano Instructor to join our team of dedicated music educators. The ideal candidate combines strong teaching skills with a solid understanding of the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) curriculum and is committed to helping students of all ages and levels grow musically and reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, high-quality private and/or group piano lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels (beginner to advanced)Design personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's goals, pace, and learning stylePrepare students for ABRSM graded exams, including technical work, sight-reading, aural skills, and repertoire selectionTrack and report on student progress regularly, in line with the studio's reporting proceduresMaintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environmentCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and studio management regarding attendance, progress, and any scheduling needsParticipate in studio recitals, showcases, and other music-related events as neededStay current with piano teaching methodologies and ABRSM syllabus updatesRequirementsProven experience teaching piano to students of different age groups and skill levelsStrong working knowledge of the ABRSM syllabus and exam preparation processA relevant piano/music qualification (degree, diploma, ABRSM certification, or equivalent) is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parentsPatience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for music educationStrong classroom/studio management and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent weekly teaching scheduleNice to HaveExperience teaching other instruments or vocalsPrior experience working in a music school/academy settingExperience preparing students for performances, competitions, or public recitalsWhat We OfferA supportive and creative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth within Music House KSAA steady base of students with room to grow your own teaching schedule
