You don't need to have worked specifically as a Care Coordinator, as training will be provided on the clinic's own pathways and processes.The RoleThis is a varied patient-facing role, supporting patients from their initial enquiry through to treatment.You'll work closely with the wider clinical team to coordinate treatment pathways, arrange appointments and ensure patients have the information and support they need throughout their journey.The role is approximately a 50/50 split between new patient enquiries and treatment coordination, including:Responding to telephone and email enquiriesUnderstanding patients' individual needs and booking appropriate appointmentsCoordinating fertility treatment plansLiaising with clinical teams throughout the patient journeySupporting patients with treatment information and costingIdentifying any additional support or investigations a patient may requireEnsuring patients receive a smooth and personalised experienceThis is not a sales or KPI-driven position.
