The clinic offers advanced reproductive treatments in a supportive environment designed to help patients pursue the family of their dreams.Role Description The Fertility Nurse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Reston, VA. This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering specialized nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF and related procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include patient education, medication teaching, cycle coordination, monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, providing emotional support, answering patient questions, and facilitating clear communication between patients and the clinical team. The Fertility Nurse Coordinator helps optimize patient experience and clinical outcomes by managing timelines, follow-up appointments, and lab work related to fertility treatment cycles.Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Nursing and Fertility care, including patient education and cycle coordination.Strong clinical background in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to interpret treatment plans, lab results, and medical protocols.Hands-on experience with In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) procedures and related reproductive medicine practices.Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia (or eligibility for licensure) and prior experience in women’s health, reproductive endocrinology, or OB/GYN preferred.Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support patients through sensitive and emotionally complex situations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to changing clinical needs, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
