FF&E Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Logistics Manager to manage the furniture, fixtures and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh. You will own FF&E from sourcing and warehousing through to venue distribution, daily replenishment and final returns across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousingControl inventory, tracking and distribution to venuesCoordinate installation, daily replenishment and breakdownManage suppliers, returns and damage/loss reportingKeep accurate records and report on stock status across all sitesRequirementsExperience in FF&E or overlay logistics on major international eventsSolid inventory control and supplier management skillsAble to manage multiple sites and deadlines at onceFluent English; Arabic is an advantageBased in KSA (preferred)Available for the full period, October - December 2026
