FF&E Manager – Fixed Furniture & JoineryLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an experienced FF&E Manager to lead our Fixed Furniture, Joinery & Woodwork packages across high-end workplace and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage fixed furniture and joinery packages from design development through manufacturing, delivery, and installation.Review specifications, drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, materials, and finishes.Coordinate with design, procurement, estimation, and project teams.Manage joinery factories and specialist manufacturers, ensuring quality, cost, and programme compliance.Review samples, mock-ups, and production quality.Monitor manufacturing, delivery, installation, snagging, and final handover.Negotiate with suppliers and support value engineering when required.Requirements:8–10+ years of relevant experience in fixed furniture, joinery, woodwork, or interior fit-out.Strong technical understanding of joinery construction, materials, finishes, and manufacturing.Experience managing joinery factories and suppliers.Strong ability to read drawings and review shop drawings and technical details.Experience in high-end workplace/commercial projects is preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.If you have strong technical and manufacturing knowledge in fixed furniture and joinery, we would like to hear from you.
