You’ll be the face of the brand, meeting customers directly, driving sales, and growing our market. You earn based on results — the more you sell, the more you make. Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition: Prospect, visit, and pitch to potential customers inssigned areas/territories- Sales & Conversions: Explain products/services, handle objections, and close deals on the spot- Order Management: Capture new orders, follow up on pending orders, and minimize cancellations- Market Feedback: Report competitor activity, customer concerns and market trends weekly- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional image and build strong customer relationships- Documentation: Submit daily activity reports, photos, and sales data accurately What We’re Looking For- Experience: 6+ months in field sales, direct sales, insurance, FMCG, telecom, or similar preferred- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and people skills- Hustle: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently- Requirements: Own smartphone + (data provided) (transport provided), knowledge of Kitwe areas is a plus- Attitude: Resilient, presentable, and good at building trust with customers
