This is a customer-facing Applications Engineering role that sits at the intersection of Sales and Engineering — you'll be the technical partner who helps identify and shape new business opportunities with semiconductor and display customers, rather than a purely reactive technical support function. We're seeking someone who combines strong semiconductor process knowledge with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for solving complex customer challenges. This role is primarily aimed at junior-level engineers, but we are also open to candidates at the early senior level.Main ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Sales team as the technical counterpart to identify and develop new business opportunities with Semiconductor and Display customersProvide Applications Engineering support at the pre-sales stage, translating customer process requirements into the right product/solution proposalsProvide technical support to customers, analyzing process and equipment-related issues and driving effective problem resolutionSupport customer qualification and implementation of new products and technologiesCollaborate with Global HQ and engineering teams on technical projects and issue managementKey RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or display industryStrong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production environmentsExperience in Process Engineering, Process Integration, Manufacturing Engineering, or Fab Equipment EngineeringBusiness-level English communication skills (technical discussions, presentations, reports)Nice to HaveDirect experience at End-User manufacturers or Process tool OEMsExperience with CVD, Etch processesKnowledge of Vacuum Systems, Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum ValvesExperience working in global/multinational teamsCustomer-facing technical support or consulting experienceWe value individuals who take ownership, learn quickly, thrive in collaborative global environments, and have the potential to grow into future technical leaders.📩 Interested candidates, please reach out or apply directly.
