Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a Senior Field Applications Specialist to support the validation, implementation, troubleshooting, and customer training of hematology/Laboratory instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage validation studies including instrument setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons
- Troubleshoot assay and QC-related issues remotely and onsite
- Lead onsite customer training on instrument operation
- Support customers during instrument validation and implementation
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams
- Address customer questions related to instrument operation and assay performance
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience in laboratory, diagnostic instrumentation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the diagnostics/healthcare industry and laboratory regulatory environment
- Experience with medical technology and laboratory practices preferred
- Knowledge of QC, CAP, CLIA, record keeping, and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Must be comfortable working remotely and traveling 80%+ domestically
- Good driving record required
