ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of our products, solutions, and customer applications, and provide professional technical support to customers.Respond quickly to customer needs, analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges, support product application and issue resolution, and drive customer projects from evaluation and design-in through to mass production.Capture and summarize customer application issues and solutions, develop technical documentation, and support product promotion and market adoption.Stay up to date on industry developments and emerging technology trends, and provide application insights to support new product definition and enhance product competitiveness.QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree or above.Preferred Majors: Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communications Engineering, Microelectronics, Electronic Information Engineering, or other related electronics disciplines.What We’re Looking For:Strong technical fundamentals and solid engineering knowledge.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to learn continuously, reflect, and improve.Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
