📢 We’re Hiring | Field Care CoachWe’re looking for a Field Care Coach to provide personalized support and education to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct hospital visits and provide face-to-face patient support.Support patient onboarding and deliver device demonstrations.Provide injection training and disease education.Offer medication counseling and virtual coaching.Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow-up.Report and document Adverse Events (AEs) appropriately.Coordinate with physicians and the Program Manager to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

Pharmacist, Nurse, or other qualified healthcare professional.Strong communication and patient counseling skills.Ability to provide both in-person and virtual patient support.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Empathetic, patient-focused approach.If you’re passionate about patient care, healthcare education, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
